Buildings change and adapt through the seasons and over the years. This can give rise to problems that require remedial work to prevent further deterioration.

MMA Chartered Surveyors have extensive knowledge of building construction and defects. We have inspected buildings of all types of construction, identified problems and their causes and specified remedial works.

If desired, MMA will also provided a written specification for the remedial works, submit the specification to tender, select a contractor and supervise the contract to our exacting standards.

If you have a specific concern over an individual defect such as a crack, timber defects, or damp problems, MMA Chartered Surveyors will undertake an inspection, make an assessment as to the cause of the issue and its implications, and make recommendations for remedial works.
