MMA Surveyors’ founding principal. Mark Michel, has over 25 years experience in dealing with commercial and residential property. 

During his early career Mark worked for some of the largest developers in the UK on retail shopping centres and riverside mixed use developments. More recently, he has concentrated on residential work including surveys on complex listed and historic buildings. He also retains an enjoyment and enthusiasm for other aspects of professional work such as Party Wall Agreements.

Mark is also a Senior Lecturer in the subject of Building Surveying at the University of Greenwich.

Senior Associate Surveyor, Stuart Wood, spent 3 years working at the Department of the Environment and then Kent County Council, before moving into private practice where he honed his skills in rating assessment and commercial valuation, as well as continuing to undertake residential surveys. Stuart says that he is a bit tall for some of the old buildings.

MMA Surveyors’ ethos is based upon understanding our clients’ requirements and a willingness to personally discuss matters with our clients at every stage of our appointment.
