MMA Surveyors are proud to be members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We aim to adopt the highest professional and ethical standards as set our in the RICS Codes of Conduct and we are pleased to be able to state that we are “Regulated by the RICS”.

MMA Surveyors comply with the RICS guidelines in respect professional indemnity insurance and we are always delighted to provide a copy of our Insurance Certificate if requested.

We have Complaint Handling Procedure as required by both the RICS and our Professional Indemnity Insurers, and we are members of the Surveyor’s Ombudsman Scheme.
