MMA Chartered Surveyors would recommend that any purchaser or investor in a commercial property obtain a full building survey to assess its condition, state of repair, and energy performance.

MMA Surveyors will undertake a thorough inspection of the building including the external elements and internal areas. Our report provides description of the construction and condition including both major and minor defects and their implications, together with an assessment of the rebuilding cost for insurance purposes.

We are able to advise about repairs, provide a specification of works and, where appropriate, project-manage the works to completion.

Where a defect requires further investigation, we can advise on the appointment of qualified people to undertake the work.
