MMA Chartered Surveyors have undertaken a number of refurbishment, alteration and extension projects of varying size and cost.

We are pleased to discuss your requirements and offer our preliminary concepts, together with alternatives, free of charge. MMA Chartered Surveyors can then undertake a measured survey and prepare various proposals for your consideration, prior to finalizing one scheme and submitting a planning application on your behalf.

Following approval, MMA Chartered Surveyors will seek Building Regulations Approval. We will undertake all discussions, negotiations, and form filling. Where structural elements require calculations, we obtain three quotes and with your approval, commission the engineer to undertake the work.

MMA Chartered Surveyors will then prepare a full Specification of Works. We tender to three reputable building firms, select a contractor, and can oversee the work until it is completed to our high standards.

Our fixed fee schedules clearly detail costs at each stage and we can undertake as much or as little of the work as you wish.

MMA Chartered Surveyors has extensive experience of listed and historic buildings. We are able to provide advice on repairs and refurbishment work which complements the existing structure using traditional building materials and techniques.
