MMA Chartered Surveyors’ Building Surveys give an in-depth opinion on the structure and condition of a property. The Building Survey is particularly suitable if the property is unusual, dilapidated, has been previously subject to extensive alterations or if you are planning alterations yourself.

MMA Surveyors will undertake a thorough inspection of the building including the external elements and the immediate garden, together with a full inspection of the roof space and internal areas. MMA Chartered Surveyors examine for signs of damp, timber decay, and wood boring beetle attack. We also undertake a visual inspection of the services.

The report provides description of the construction and condition including both major and minor defects and their implications, together with an assessment of the rebuilding cost for insurance purposes. MMA Chartered Surveyors can tailor the report to meet your individual requirements. Our reports are supported with colour photographs and we can supply the report in an electronic format.
