Final Inspection Report

If you are purchasing a new-build property, it is unlikely that either the Building Survey or Homebuyer Report will meet your specific requirements.

In these circumstances, MMA Chartered Surveyors would recommend that we are appointed to undertake a Final Inspection Report.

This highly detailed report examines those visible areas in which the standard of construction may fall short of that required for a new-build house. The final report highlights the construction of each element of the building, any defect that we consider unacceptable and where appropriate any remedial work. The report will also be supported by photographs as necessary.
