Boundaries are not always clearly defined.

Disputes can often arise when planting shrubs and trees, pruning foliage, and extending, repairing or erecting walls and fences.

MMA Chartered Surveyors will undertake a site inspection and provide a report giving an independent opinion based on the available evidence from title documents and Land Registry records.
