Homebuyer Reports

The Homebuyer Report (HBR) is a concise overview of the construction of the building and any significant defects. The Homebuyer Report is designed for properties that are in a reasonable condition with a conventional style and construction.  

Whilst the inspection undertaken is broadly similar to that for a Building Survey, the final report is limited to matters which materially affect the use of the building or have a significant affect on the value.

In addition to highlighting the significant matters affecting the property, the report provides an assessment of the market value and reinstatement cost.

We are also able to supply a copy of the report on an electronic format together with photographs.
